Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days and returned in new, unused condition.

To begin a return, please contact us at support@fivethirtypmcandleco.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once your RMA is issued, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@fivethirtypmcandleco.com, including photos if possible.

We will review your request and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original purchase.

This ensures the quickest processing time and availability.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
