What kind of wax do you use in your candles?

We use a natural soy wax blend made from US-grown soybeans—with just a tiny touch of food-grade paraffin to boost performance without compromising on air quality. Why? Because it gives you a longer burn and better scent throw, while still staying clean and cozy. No heavy chemicals, no mystery waxes—just full transparency and a glow you can feel good about.

What kind of wax do you use in your wax melts?

Our wax melts are made with a 100% plant-based blend that includes soy, coconut, and sunflower oils. They’re paraffin-free, cruelty-free, and vegan-friendly—crafted to melt smoothly and throw just the right amount of fragrance, without overwhelming sensitive noses. Every snap = clean, gentle glow time.

What kind of fragrance oils do you use?

All of our fragrance oils are phthalate-free, paraben-free, non-toxic, and compliant with the latest IFRA (International Fragrance Association) safety standards. We choose clean, high-quality blends that are safe for home use and gentle on the air. No harsh chemicals—just feel-good, vibe-lifting scents you can trust.

Are your products safe for pets or people with sensitivities?

We use non-toxic, scent-sensitive–friendly ingredients in everything we make. But because every person (and pet!) is different, we always recommend checking the scent notes or starting with a sample or lighter fragrance. We got you—and your air.

Do your candles have a strong scent?

Not strong. Just right. Our fragrances are soft, clean, and designed to gently fill your space without overpowering it. Think cozy vibes, not scent overload. Perfect for scent-sensitive souls who still want to feel something warm and welcoming in the room.

How long do your candles burn?

Each full-size candle burns for about 40–45 hours. To get the cleanest, longest-lasting glow, we recommend trimming your wick to ¼" before each burn. (Pro tip: our wick trimmers make that easy and cute.).

Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship anywhere in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii + Alaska). Whether you’re near the coast or cozied up in the mountains, we’ll get the glow to you.

How long does shipping take?

We pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days—because we know waiting on cozy vibes is the hardest part. As soon as your order heads out, you’ll get a tracking link straight to your inbox.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $100 ship free—because scent-sensitive souls deserve free shipping perks too.

Do you offer local pickup?

Returns & Customer Happiness

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to love your glow. For full details, please check out our return policy here.

Here’s the short version: We accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Just email us and we’ll walk you through it—easy, breezy, scent-sensitive approved.

What if my candle arrives broken or something is missing?

Oh no! We pack everything with care, but if your order shows up damaged, broken, or missing something, email us at support@fivethirtypmcandleco.com within 3 days of delivery, and include photos if you can. We’ll make it right—pinky promise.

Can I send candles as a gift?
