About Five Thirty PM Candle Co®
Candles for scent-sensitive souls.
Five Thirty PM Candle Co® creates hand-poured candles for those who appreciate fragrance that feels balanced, comforting, and never overwhelming. Every candle is thoughtfully crafted to bring warmth, calm, and a sense of ease into everyday life.
Meet the Maker
Hi, I'm Ivy, the founder and maker behind Five Thirty PM Candle Co®.
By day, I'm a nonprofit tax accountant. After work, you'll usually find me pouring candles, testing new fragrances, packing orders, or preparing for the next market.
I started Five Thirty PM Candle Co® because I wanted candles that felt comforting instead of overpowering. What began as a personal search became a passion for creating thoughtfully balanced fragrances for scent-sensitive homes.
Every candle is hand-poured with care, and I'm grateful to share them with customers online, at local markets and events, and at our retail locations in Maryland and Washington, DC.
More Than a Candle
A candle is more than fragrance; it's part of the moments that make a house feel like home. Whether you're winding down after a long day, sharing a quiet evening, or searching for a thoughtful gift, our candles are created to complement those everyday rituals with balanced, comforting fragrance.
